Introduction

TapTapWorks LLC respects you privacy and personal information, and doesn't share your private information with third-parties, unless the user decides to share it with others (any information posted in public areas is authorized by users and done at your own risk).

TapTapWorks LLC Privacy Policy is designed to inform the user how we collect and use private information. It helps users make informed decisions when using any of TapTapWorks LLC applications and when accessing www.taptapworks.com.

By using TapTapWorks LLC applications or using www.taptapworks.com you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

When you register with TapTapWorks LLC's resuMe service we collect the personal information you choose to provide, such as your: username, password, first name, last name, email address, phone numbers, location and preference information. This information is collected in order to provide the best possible level of service. It allows us to provide personalized user access and deliver announcements and alerts.

Resumes

TapTapWorks LLC's resuMe service also stores registered user's resumes (curriculum vitae) which can include (but not limited to) personal information regarding contact, education, work and skills. Resumes (curriculum vitae) are uploaded with the consent of the user and will never be shared in our public areas (i.e. searchable resume database) without the authorization and consent of the user.

Information in Public Areas

The user is responsible (at your own risk) for any private information posted in public areas (i.e. searchable resume database) which can be accessed, used and downloaded by others around the world. TapTapWorks LLC strives to provide a safe and secure environment for our users, limiting access to legitimate users, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will gain access. Additionally, we can't control how information downloaded from our database will be used by third parties, therefore users should ensure that they don't post any sensitive information (i.e. credit card numbers, social security numbers, passwords etc) on any of our public areas.

Cookies

TapTapWorks LLC uses cookies (small data files that a website saves into your computer and usually includes a unique identifier) for user authentication.

Disclosure of Information

TapTapWorks LLC does not provide personal information to third parties without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in limited circumstances:

1) We will share information where legally required. Information collected on our database is stored in whole in the United States, and may be subject to U.S. law.

2) When permitted by the user. Therefore any personal information (i.e. emails, phone numbers, resumes, etc) posted on public areas of TapTapWorks LLC has been authorized by the user.

3) We may disclose and transfer information if our business is sold or acquired.

Change/Remove Information

Users may review, correct or delete personal information, at any time, by logging into the TapTapWorks LLC resuMe Account Manager and making the necessary changes.

If your personal information was previously accessed and downloaded by others using the public areas of TapTapWorks LLC, we are unable to delete the information from their systems.

The user may cancel their account, at any time, by logging into the TapTapWorks LLC resuMe Account Manager and following the "Cancel Account" link. All personal information stored in our servers, including information posted in public areas, will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Security

TapTapWorks LLC is committed to protecting the security of your information and takes reasonable precautions to protect it. However we cannot guarantee to be 100% secure. Important Information

The following important information applies to the following services and/or applications:

resuMe

TapTapWorks LLC's resuMe service, applications and website are not intended for children under 13. By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy the user acknowledges they are 13 years of age or older. We will not knowingly collect personal information relating to children under 13 years of age. If we notice that we inadvertently have done so, we will promptly delete it.

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on TapTapWorks LLC's applications and website is a violation of the TapTapWorks LLC Terms of Service and should be reported to privacy@taptapworks.com.

We reserve the right to delete the account and ban any user who violates the terms and conditions outlined on the Terms of Service Agreement.

Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. When we revise the policy we will display the effective date at the top of this document. Users should periodically check this document in order to have the latest information regarding our policies regarding personal information collection and use, disclosure of information, security and terms of use. Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the TapTapWorks LLC services and applications. By using the www.taptapworks.com website you (the "User") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this service (website and related applications). We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.taptapworks.com website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Description of Service

TapTapWorks LLC service consists of products, computer programs, mobile device applications, services and websites hosted or made available by TapTapWorks LLC (collectively, the "Service"). User must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for User's access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service provided by TapTapWorks LLC on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TapTapWorks LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this Service in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. TapTapWorks LLC shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Service. TapTapWorks LLC disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.

Limitation of Liability

TAPTAPWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR TAPTAPWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF TAPTAPWORKS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold TapTapWorks LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by the User, or other user of the Service using User's computer or mobile device, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Modifications and Interruption to Service

TapTapWorks LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. TapTapWorks LLC shall not be liable to the User or any third party should TapTapWorks LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that TapTapWorks LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our services may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Third-Party Sites

Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts (Washington)

Our Service is operated and provided in the State of Washington. As such, we are subject to the laws of the State (Washington), and such laws will govern this Terms of Use, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. We make no representation that our website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other locations.
